You trained for your job. You trained at the gym. Nobody ever trained you for sex. So when you finish too fast, or you can't stay hard, or you stop wanting it at all, you tell yourself it's your age or bad luck. It's neither. You can train sex the same way you train strength. I've spent nineteen years learning how, five of them on an island in Thailand with the people who actually knew. Now I teach other men, one at a time. No pills, no creams, no sprays.

Four minutes. This is me explaining how the whole thing works.
Not one of them fixes the real cause.
Take something. A pill, a cream, a spray, a testosterone clinic. It works until it stops working. Then you need a bigger dose, and now your sex life runs on a prescription. Nothing underneath ever changed, and you know it.
Train everything except this. Heavier lifts, longer hours, more discipline everywhere else, hoping some of it carries over to the bedroom. It doesn't. Stress goes up, wanting sex goes down, and you end up winning at work while something at home quietly gives up.
Go quiet. You stop starting anything. You come to bed after she's asleep. You tell yourself it's just a phase, a bad year, nothing serious. It doesn't go away on its own, and the silence ends up costing you more than the problem did.
This isn't therapy, and it isn't a course you buy and forget. We meet on video every week. You get practices to do every day. And the plan is built around your body and your story, not copied off a template. We train four things at the same time, because in a man's body they were never really separate:
Lasting as long as you choose to, instead of hoping. You learn your breath, the muscles down there, and how to feel yourself getting close early enough to do something about it. You also learn to calm the alarm system that's been running the show without asking you.
How hard you get comes down to blood flow, sleep, stress and attention. You can train all four of those. A pill just steps around them.
Wanting sex again on your own, instead of having to talk yourself into it. Energy work and holding your seed do most of the work here, and this is usually the part that surprises men the most.
The part nobody sells you. Staying in your body, in the room, with her, instead of floating above the bed watching yourself and giving yourself a score. Climaxing without finishing lives here too.
Nine weeks to feel it. Six months to own it.
Erections you can count on, and three to five times longer before you finish.
You stop feeling like you're being tested. That nervous feeling that used to show up before she did isn't in the room any more.
You last as long as you choose to, and some nights you climax without finishing at all.
Your energy stops draining away. It shows up in your work, your training and your mood, which is the part nobody warns you about.
You've got a body you trust for the next thirty years, not just for tonight.
Around women I feel confident, grounded, surprisingly attractive. My libido used to be a distraction. Now it's fuel. Energy, creativity, focus. This didn't just fix my sex life, it changed my life.
I used to last about five minutes. Now it's thirty. Even after my wife has finished three times, I can keep going.
I bring him whatever I'm struggling with and he gets it, then hands me practical tools I can actually use. Powerful. Super impactful.
Finishing early had turned into real trauma. Every method I tried hit a wall. Six weeks with Fatih was night and day.
Two months in and I could feel the difference. Now I can take her there whenever I choose. You can't put a price on that.
I could tell him everything. How many partners, how long I lasted, how I felt as a man. He'll be my tantra coach for life.
A man with real backbone, who broke his own patterns and made peace with his past. Turns out that's what being a man means.
Something that used to last one or two seconds now goes ten minutes, easy. Weeks without a single problem. The control is mine.
I started claiming my place and my power as a man. Fatih built the program around me, not off a template.

Fatih has a gift I haven't found in any other man. I've been his student for over a year. It's a privilege.Farhan Khawaja, PhD · Founder of Aphro-D

I didn't get here from a certificate. I got here because I was bad at it.
I finished too fast. It cost me relationships. I read every book on it I could find and tried everything in them. Nothing stuck.
At 23 I quit drinking and everything else that was dragging me down, and started yoga. At 24 I moved to Japan and the whole spiritual side of my life cracked open. At 29 I found Tantra. A week before I turned 30 I flew to an island in southern Thailand for what was meant to be three months. I stayed five years.
That's where the real training happened. Taoist practice, tantric yoga, holding my seed, breath and energy work. Thousands of hours of it. My teacher was a man. The ones who taught me most from experience were women who were further down the road than I was.
Then in my forties it was erections. I fixed that the same way, no shortcut, and that's when the whole thing clicked. There's no one fix that works on every man. The cause is always in there, but it sits in a different place in every guy. So I build the plan around you from day one instead of handing you a worksheet.
Nineteen years of practice. Seven years coaching. More than a hundred men across four continents, from founders and PhDs to guys who'd never said a word about it to anyone.
I'd like to meet you. Your name, what you do, and what's really going on.
I'm not going to promise you a quick fix. This didn't show up overnight. It built up over years, while you were busy with other things.
A body needs time to learn something new, and building it back takes as long as losing it did. But this time you're not renting relief. You're training something that stays yours.

I can promise that because we go after the cause, not the symptom. You feel the difference in your own body in the first few weeks, not at the very end.
One thing to be straight about: I only take on a few men at a time, and only men who are serious about this. If that's you, let's talk.
Free, thirty minutes, completely confidential. I take a handful of men at a time, because I actually do this one on one.
This has nothing to do with what most people picture when they hear the word Tantra. This is where a man turns around and faces the thing he's been outrunning for years.
